Had my new Holden Astra front end repaired here. Absolutely amazing workmanship at a very reasonable price. Staff were excellent and helpful. Would recommend to anyone. In the end didn’t even need to go back to Holden to re-align the adaptive cruise control radar module as it started working again on its own!! Brilliant job guys.

What a treasure Excel Body Works is. Just picked up my car and extremely happy with the job they did in getting my car back on the road again. The staff are organised courteous and helpful, they even organised a free of charge courtesy car for me which, took all stress out of not being with a car.

I initially booked in on a Monday, but realised I needed my car back for the Friday of that week, so I called to re-book for the previous Thursday. Despite this change, the repairs were completed within four days. Your ability to be flexible and still complete the repairs inside the quoted five days was awesome. Communication both in the booking process and while repairs were being made was great; repairs looks great; and having it all done earlier than expected was great!

We had a fender bender and the front end of the car looked repairable. Our insurance company wanted to send our car to some dodgy shop that we know has poor service so we asked specifically for Excel Body Works. We are so glad we did! Our car looks like new. They even took it for a service for us and put new tires on it at our request to save us running around and doing it later. THEN…they dropped it off at our house as we lived a fair distance to them and we could not get there after work. How awesome is that? Don’t go with repairer your bank or insurer uses, chances are they are the cheapest, insist on Excel and you will not be disappointed. So impressed.

Shane dropped the car to us as we could not make it out to pick it up, and even arranged a road worthy and new tires on it for us. Saved me hours.
